We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can take full ownership of the recruitment process, or simply put: a “people geek” who enjoys connecting with talented professionals, building strong candidate pipelines, and finding the right match between people and opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, active sourcing, conducting interviews, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes in a fast-paced IT environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment
• Experience working in an outsource/outstaff company
• Experience in closing tech/non-tech vacancies
• Hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Djinni, and other platforms
• Understanding of the IT market and technical domains
• Experience conducting recruitment interviews
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with recruitment analytics and recruitment metrics
• Proactive mindset, responsibility, and result-oriented approach
• English level — Upper-Intermediate+

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from intake meeting with hiring managers to offer acceptance
• Source and attract candidates for tech/non-tech positions
• Conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interview processes and communication with candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies
• Work with ATS and recruitment pipelines
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• Participate in improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
