ParcelFrog is a tool that significantly simplifies courier research and makes the process a pleasant experience. To increase customer satisfaction, the service continuously adds new functionality and improves the existing design.
To deliver the best solution, we provided our clients with insights from our previous experience in this industry. Apart from that, we helped with tech stack decisions and other tech-related aspects.
Scope of Work
When we joined the project, some essential features were already implemented, but the website's functionality was still limited.
While reviewing the project, we noticed some mistakes on the application’s back end. The first task was to significantly modify the back end, fix the issues, and ensure software quality. We developed front-end solutions from scratch and designed custom interfaces to enhance the user experience.

Step-By-Step Selection
After entering the website, a potential client is presented with a user-friendly form that must be completed in a specific order. ParcelFrog features many helpful filters that significantly improve the user experience. For example, clients can filter couriers by delivery time and price. You can choose between four options: same day, next day, 3-5 days, 5+ days. This choice will significantly impact the total shipping cost. Customers can also duplicate orders, view statistics by order and courier, and use the search algorithm to find the best packages.
Diverse Shipping Options
ParcelFrog allows shipping parcels of different sizes and weights to many destinations. After entering the delivery postal code, the client can use ParcelFrog’s advanced search criteria to enter essential details about the latest parcel. ParcelFrog provides both domestic and international shipments. To indicate the exact size of a parcel or an envelope, you can choose between different dimensions (cm or inches), which is very convenient for international customers.
Selection of Price Plans
Couriers can add their price plans: select destination locations, add insurance, set different prices for different package types, manage existing prices, and add drop-off addresses.
