Our client is a global hotel chain that demanded an online booking platform to scale its services and improve customer experience.
Our team's core goals were to design and create booking functionality, destination lists, and a platform that would cover all potential needs of travelers, providing them with a convenient, user-friendly platform to plan their trips.
Scope of Work
We were responsible for implementing new functionality and delivering the best product quality possible.
To ensure high software quality and a seamless user experience, our team had to cover both the back- and front-end of the project. Thus, in addition to designing user interfaces and related functionality, we participated in back-end optimization and planning.

Destinations Selection
Besides the possibility of finding places to stay in specific cities, the Globetrotter platform also offers to learn more about the destination the users are choosing for their travel. There is a general overview of the location, with the best amenities available there. Users can also explore the events and top attractions of the particular destinations.
Booking Options
To achieve the best convenience, users can log in with social media. As a result, personal details blocks are auto-filled, using the information from there. Alternatively, guest information can be filled in manually. Globetrotter also enables useful and intuitive payment within the platform with just a few clicks. Reservation information is sent to the email with all the needed numbers for further action.
Right-to-Left Availability
Globetrotter supports multiple languages for its users' convenience. One of the languages is Hebrew, which requires right-to-left scripts. Hence, to achieve bidirectionality, the booking platform mirrors the original text, layout, and user interface to properly comply with the needed language.
