Sales Development Representative

At Incora, we’re looking for a motivated and articulate Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our potential clients – someone who can turn small talk into business talk, and help lay the foundation for long-term partnerships.

About the role: This is a full-time position in Lviv. No prior experience in IT or sales is required – we’ll provide onboarding and help you grow into the role. But if you do bring experience in outbound sales or marketing, that’s a strong plus.

Requirements:

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (you’ll use it every day in communication)
• Completed or ongoing higher education
• Strong communication skills (you know how to turn a weather conversation into a client call)
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Responding to potential leads and conducting follow-ups
• Supporting the research and preparation of lead databases
• Maintaining CRM records and handling sales documentation
• Collaborating with other sales team members to improve performance and KPIs
• Contributing to the development of team strategy and plans
