Lead Generation Specialist
At Incora we are looking for a driven and competitive Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team. So we’re looking for someone to come in, fully understand our business development strategy, become comfortable with our current processes, and then refine them in order to make the conversion at the highest rate possible.
This is a full-time position in Lviv.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in lead generation with an emphasis on lead generation and/or sales automation
- Knowledge of outreach software services
- Experience in managing CRM systems
- Strong analytical abilities
- Have experience of using contact search tools
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level is a must (you will communicate in English with potential clients)
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide contact data of companies based on the ideal customer profile
- Collect contact data of potential leads by a particular Buyer Persona
- Conduct email validation
- Manage contact databases
- Oversee client relationship management through direct contact and other channels as needed
- Work closely with sales managers/Salesforce representatives to develop strategies to drive conversion rates across multiple channels
