Business Development Manager
At Incora, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can help us find new projects and close profitable deals with clients.
You will become a member of our business development team and support our strategic planning and sales optimization efforts.
This is a full-time position in Lviv.
- At least 2+ years of experience in IT outsourcing/product development company in the relevant position
- Experience with B2B sales (US and EU market)
- Advanced English
- Experience with LinkedIn and other sales platforms
- Account development experience
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Preparation of proposals, making presentations to new customers
- Establishing a partner relationship
- Arranging business meetings
- Attaining KPIs
- Handle negotiations and close the deals
- Clients’ feedback analysis and optimization of the sales process
- Key account management
- Managing the CRM
