Business Development Manager

Incora is actively seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive our business expansion efforts. As a crucial member of our Sales & Business Development team, you'll lead strategic planning and sales optimization. We're looking for a passionate and motivated individual ready to make an impact. This is a full-time position in Lviv.

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of experience in an IT outsourcing/product development company in a relevant position
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the US and EU markets
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level
• Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, and other sales platforms
• Demonstrated expertise in account development and deal closure
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Capability and readiness to travel for business needs

Responsibilities:

• Prepare proposals and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients
• Establish strong partner relationships
• Coordinate and arrange business meetings to advance sales opportunities
• Meet and exceed KPIs to consistently achieve revenue targets
• Lead negotiations and finalize deals with clients
• Analyze client feedback to optimize the sales process
• Manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Maintain and update the CRM system to track sales activities and client interactions
