ImportEase supports businesses with documentation preparations, increasing the process’s speed and transparency. This platform unites shippers and producers, sharing product information, shopping details, and all other necessary agreements or payments.

This platform has three types of users: producers, shippers, and merchants. They can contact each other and create prior notices—an order required to import drinks (including alcohol) and food to the USA. Each can separately add necessary documents, see if they are approved, and keep track of the shipping process.
One of the main benefits of the platform is an easy-to-use interface. This platform was created to simplify the creation of prior notices for the FDA website users. The admin dashboard includes only the most essential sections, where you can easily find all the necessary info about producers, recipients, and shippers. Also, the system makes the payment process more manageable: it charges payment only after you reach 10 orders. There is also a free trial for the same number of prior notices. The credit card is linked to the system, so the payment happens automatically.
Users can quickly check the status of each order and track payment history. The platform clearly shows how many prior notices are completed, canceled, or in progress. Users can also see the number of products per each prior notice and how many of them were imported during a chosen month.
