The primary goal of this project was to develop a custom management system that enhances teamwork, streamlines collaboration, and integrates essential features for seamless operations.

We collaborated closely with the client to extend the software's functionality and implement new features.

Our team began by defining the project requirements, estimating its complexity, cost, and delivery timeline, and selecting the optimal tech stack. Dashboard

The home screen of the management platform is a detailed dashboard. It shows all the essential information you might need when starting your working day. Users can see the overall progress of all projects related to their tasks. Thus, the cooperative teams can stay aware of each other’s progress and plan or prioritize their workflow to match their partners. This can be especially important and useful for complex assignments divided into two independent projects for faster implementation.

All Projects

In addition to adding new projects, employees have access to the list of all projects, regardless of their status, priority, etc. It is possible to allow everyone access to whatever project they need or add protection and invitations with approval by management or senior employees. Also, in the list category, viewers can see its title, assigned manager, client, and completed tasks. Therefore, employees can better understand the project and avoid misunderstandings, such as applying for a similar project to which they are unrelated.

Tracker

Another solution for our client’s needs was to create a built-in tracker for employee management and monitoring. As a result, the tracking feature helps employees not only stay aware of how many hours they spend on a task but also links the tracked time with other services for a more detailed report and performance awareness or to check the details of the assignment simply. Besides, we also incorporated a calendar feature into the platform for better management and tracking.

Messanger

Finally, at the client’s request, we implemented an in-app messenger to enhance internal communication and collaboration. Having a built-in messenger suggests multiple valuable features, such as simple linking to discussed projects or tasks, safely sharing files or data, and notifying employees about updates. Besides, built-in messengers suggest complete control over the transferred data, ensuring the security and privacy of communication.

Kanban

Finally, we integrated a Kanban desk to improve project management and supply teams with convenient task-tracking systems. Besides, project managers have to evaluate each task, giving it story points depending on its complexity and time to finish. Each task on the board has fields to fill, like its specifics and whom it is assigned to, and it can contain additional information required for performing the assignment.
