Users’ Management
The systems sends questions to the employee during the day, which let the HR define how long/how efficient they are working. And based on the answers, the TeamGain allocates bonus points. Such interaction let the chief management assess if the employees are doing their job on time, and vice versa give the employees chance to get extra benefits. Besides, with the charts and graphs, HR team can oversee general interaction of users.
Gift Cards as Rewards
When the teammate gathers a certain amount of points, he/she can use them on the desired Gift Cards. It could whether be sports, beverages, or cosmetics shops. So anyone could find something they like. The platform uses collaborations with other companies to provide such bonuses for employees.
Goals
Teammates can set goals and milestones for the certain period of time. Each goal will let them earn some points (predefined by chief management). All achievements are remind constantly as push notifications, so the employees stay even more motivated during the work.
