Users’ Management

The system sends questions to the employee during the day, allowing HR to determine how long and efficiently they are working. Based on the answers, TeamGain allocates bonus points. Such interaction lets the chief management assess whether employees are doing their job on time, and vice versa, giving employees a chance to receive extra benefits. Additionally, using charts and graphs, the HR team can monitor user interactions.

Gift Cards as Rewards

When a teammate gathers a certain number of points, they can use them to purchase the desired Gift Cards from all types of shops. So anyone could find something they like. The platform collaborates with other companies to offer such bonuses to employees.

Goals

Teammates can set goals and milestones for a specific period. Each goal will let them earn a certain number of points (predefined by the chief management). All achievements are constantly reminded through push notifications, keeping employees even more motivated at work.
