The core idea behind the app is straightforward: to provide clients with convenient reservation methods on the one hand, and to enhance employees with improved management solutions on the other.
Tawla makes table reservations extremely easy for each customer and provides a clearer picture of the restaurant’s workload for management. The application offers calendar integration, which considerably simplifies the reservation process and enhances the customer’s experience.
Scope of Work
Clients explained their ideas to us and described their expectations for the final software. During our further discussions, we helped them choose a tech stack for the initial project and advised on some other related details.
So, in terms of our cooperation, Incora's dedicated software development team was responsible for the entire project, covering both front-end and back-end development, designing and implementing the software architecture and infrastructure, and ensuring software quality and short-term post-launch product management.

Quick and Easy Booking
On the platform's main page, you can select a dining place using filters such as number of people, date, and time. Also, you can indicate key phrases in a search to get more relevant results. The platform calendar syncs with each restaurant's calendar, making it very convenient for both users and restaurant owners.
Clear Interface
One of the main benefits of Tawla is a user-friendly interface. Having the search and filters on the main pages makes it very simple to use. Also, when you open a specific restaurant, you see clickable tables with available time slots. Also, there is a brief description of the place, its menu, photos of the interior, food, and its location on Google Maps.
Manage Your Attendees
The app enables the restaurant’s owner and the staff to see a complete list of users. Each guest has a unique guest ID that includes their full name and phone number. Administrators can see the different statuses of attendees, including whether they have arrived, paid, or canceled.
