Taian Table is a web-based reservation platform that allows users to make quick bookings and helps businesses manage visitor requests.
Despite the Taian Table existing before our team’s involvement in software development, the initial website had a poor, overly complicated design, making it hard to use.
Therefore, in addition to implementing new features, our team had to focus on UX/UI first to make it easier for staff to use the platform efficiently. Apart from that, our developers had to optimize specific processes, such as demand prediction and data analysis.
Despite working with an existing platform, our team had to maintain a full-cycle software development, including IT architecture and database redesign.
Our client provided us with detailed business needs and project expectations. Based on these specifications, we could choose a more suitable tech stack, maintain both front- and back-end software development, and cover quality assurance and product management on our side.

Lack of Reservation Management Options
where businesses can manage bookings, visitors, and other activities.
The Incora team developed a special booking system that significantly increased staff performance and simplified the reservation process for the restaurant’s visitors. When customers visit the website, they are presented with a user-friendly form that requires them to fill in all requested fields in a specific order. It ensures that all necessary information is provided, so a client can have a successful experience at the restaurant.
A customized calendar helps visitors check availability for specific dates and select a table. You can choose multiple visitors and see how many tables are available for each hour. If all the seats are booked, the user will be automatically added to a waiting list.
Visitors need to register to make a reservation and pay for it. To do so, users can choose between two currencies and three payment systems: PayPal, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Each booking has a security code that a client receives via SMS. Using this code helps to track reservations manually. SMS delivery is powered by Twilio, a specialized communication API used for fraud prevention.
The Admin has all the information about registered users, their bookings, and logs. Moreover, it is possible to add a specific comment or VIP tag for favorite guests. Admins can sort users by specific categories, cancel a reservation, provide a refund, or send a message. Also, the admin can set restrictions for the number of guests, table size, open hours, and visit duration. The staff can specify the number of tables that one person can book, change timing settings, or repeat events.
