How we actually ran this thing
What made this engagement demanding was the hardware-to-software bridge, connecting physical IoT sensors to a mobile platform reliably and securely.
Discovery & Scoping
The team joined the project at its start and shaped the scope around one goal: pulling data from separate hardware sensors into a single mobile platform. Early work defined how properties, rooms, and sensor types would map inside the app.
Execution & Tracking
Development covered both the backend and the cross-platform mobile app. React Native kept iOS and Android on a single codebase, while Firebase handled data and notifications for the sensor features.
Quality & Delivery
Regular testing supported the sensor data flow and the QR code linking between hardware and software. Encryption and security protocols were built in to protect property data.
