A software-driven solution for real estate agents and homeowners that offers digitalization of their property management. It is also related to Internet-of-Things, combining hardware and software solutions in a user-friendly and centralized manner.
Our dedicated developers were involved from the project’s start. They were responsible for back-end and mobile app development.
Incora’s team was responsible for full-fledged mobile application development, covering both front- and backend.
Our main task was to create a cross-platform mobile application for PropTech company. The application works as a centralized platform for Smart House implementation, gathering information from different hardware solutions and displaying it in a user-friendly manner.
Users can add or adjust properties of assets, clarifying their size and area, number of rooms, etc. The app can also connect to Smart House sensors to access data and notifications.
Security threats
of best security protocols to guarantee the highest software protection results possible.
Seamless data transferring
and regular software testing to prevent mistakes or code-based issues
Device Integration and Automation
and customizable in-app rules and settings, designed to create a linkage between hardware and software solutions.
This real estate solution enhances the management of properties by offering digital administration tools:

This core feature of an app provides users with instruments to work with in-app data. Here, they can search for required information, find assets, choose sensors, define periods, etc. Basically, it is the homepage of the whole real estate application, where users choose the required services and features, as well as add new inputs like sensors.
This page is used when users add new rooms or change settings of the property. They can write down its size, floor, room type, its features, etc. Later, this information will be used for a better navigation and property management, informing users about the latest changes or activities.
This key feature allows users to add new sensors and describe their specifics. For instance, whether it is a humidity or temperature sensor, motion detectors, etc. Users can clarify the location of sensors, which room they are at, or at what floor. Therefore, it becomes easier to track your assets and manage available senors, knowing which exact detector was activated and why.
Last but not least, SmartHome app saves historic sensor data, so that users can analyze the activities and notifications in longer perspective like a week, month, etc. To simplify the UI, this page is rather minimalistic, displaying only date, time, detector name and number of issues. Still, the user can choose each from the list to learn more information about each particular event.
