DigitalGuard is another ambitious project in which we participated. It offers services similar to smart contacts, providing users with instruments to define and prove the authenticity of any document or electronic file by analyzing and identifying versioning history.
Thanks to the client's precise and clear software demands and design expectations, we were able to embody and deliver the desired software product quality and functionality.
Scope of Work
Full-fledged software development required us to engage in each core stage of the project. Still, it also offered some freedom in choosing the most suitable development tools and approaches.
In addition to developing and integrating software features, the Incora software team was responsible for designing and planning the project’s architecture and database structure.

Quick Document Sharing
DigitalGuard service offers both mobile and desktop versions to improve user convenience. Users can upload files for their devices, take pictures, or share emails. The app uses reliable third-party integrations and tools for importing and storing data.
Certificates Verifying Every File
After verifying every document, photo, audio, or video file, users automatically get an email with a certificate that provides the verification information. The app automatically saves the certificate with a document or photo, which can be downloaded whenever needed. All verified files are kept in one place and never shared with anyone. Unlike most e-signing apps, this service uses blockchains to verify files, which are virtually impossible to hack.
No Account Needed
The app doesn’t require you to have an account to verify your documents, videos, audio recordings, emails, or photos. Moreover, this service doesn’t require storing your documents and images in the system. Users can store files in their favorite law practice management system or their favorite online cloud storage app.
