The application offers a customized booking page and integration with the expert’s website, LinkedIn, Facebook, or other platforms. Integrated video and audio calls, along with automatic online payment and invoicing, make the platform even more convenient to use.
When we joined the Meetfox project, the basic functionality was already embodied. So, we were responsible for scaling the existing platform and implementing new features.
We were responsible for optimizing the existing software and rewriting a significant part of the project. This optimization included upgrading calendar and call features, developing automatic appointment acceptance, two-step registration, pop-up notifications, and a feature that allows guests to use the app without registration.

Meetfox allows users to connect to their daily calendar and automatically adds meetings to it. All other meetings scheduled will appear as unavailable on your Meetfox booking page. As the booking page syncs with users’ Google or Microsoft Outlook calendars, clients can book based on their real-time availability. Users can also schedule more meetings without sending a million emails. All parties get automated SMS and email reminders to avoid no-shows.
The app lets users automate the payment system for meetings, so experts get paid immediately after each meeting. Specialists can choose how they charge their clients. It can be a flat rate or a per-minute rate. Users can link their bank account and decide to be paid by credit card or invoice.
During the meeting with an expert, users can use video recording, screen sharing, and instant chat to maximize the convenience of knowledge transfer. Since people can be from different locations, the system offers customizable working hours and recognizes time zones. Also, to make the payment transfer easier, the preferred currency can be indicated.
