Project Goals
The main idea behind Line Our medical management platform is to provide schools and other institutions with a convenient and transparent injury management system.
Besides simply tracking injuries obtained during training, the system suggests options to schedule doctor appointments and notify teachers or coaches about the injury.
Scope of Work
Incora's dedicated development team was engaged in the project from scratch. We were responsible for creating a user-friendly interface, planning the IT infrastructure, and integrating a built-in payment API to enable users to pay the subscription in the app.
To improve convenience, ensure application functionality, and notify everyone who might be affected, we built several different user groups: students, parents, institutions, doctors, and admin.

Main Display
The app's home page is a convenient panel that displays all core information. When new information is added, it goes to the table, where the injury status and the certificate list can be monitored. Users can generate reports to track the reasons for injuries and statistics by various criteria. They can also generate a PDF file with detailed information about the injury or related factors. Users can print it out if needed or use the PDF to examine each case in detail.
Appointment Scheduling
A calendar page was added as a planning tool for managing doctor appointments. Doctors can set their clinic's working hours and choose a time for possible appointments. This information is visible to all types of users. When the booked appointment is approaching, everyone linked to the injured player, including the institutions and parents, will be informed via email. In fact, all actions within the platform duplicate users' emails as push notifications.
Payment API Integration
Line Out is a subscription-based platform. Each subscription package is different, depending on the type of user: institutions, students, parents, etc. We integrated a payment API to provide users with a more convenient and secure way to perform payments in the app. Stripe API helps Line Out collect payments within the platform. To make a payment, users only have to connect their card to the system, and the rest of the payment processes will be done automatically.
