Klara is a software solution for creating advertisement video widgets that can be displayed on different web-based platforms, especially eCommerce platforms. Besides simply displaying videos, such widgets collect analytical data on conversion rates and other important information for the marketing team.
The main project demands included the possibility of uploading and editing videos for widgets and gathering and processing specific data, transforming it into business-specific metrics.
Our development team took part in the project from scratch, supporting and advising our clients on technical aspects of the development, such as choosing the tech stack, defining core features and services, designing infrastructure, etc.
At the start of the project, we were given prototypes and a detailed explanation of the expected results. During the development process, we partly used these prototypes as a basis, which was later upscaled and improved to satisfy the business needs.
In addition to upgrading the existing software prototypes, we implemented new features such as different interfaces for users and admins, a dashboard, and a content management system.

Klara suggests two ways to create a video widget. The straightforward approach is to ask the Klara team, explain your expectations, and get a ready-to-use widget generated by the Klara team. Alternatively, users can create a custom widget independently by configuring design specifications and uploading/editing their video advertisement.
Providing users with marketing and advertisement analysis is among Klara's core features. This solution collects and processes relevant data. As a result, Klara’s users are provided with ready-made and detailed analytics that include the audience’s impressions, viewing time, and the number of video displays. Besides, users can compare analytics from different devices to better learn their target audience and modify future campaigns for better results.
We also created an admin panel to allow users to access processed data and manage active widgets. This dashboard suggests ways and instruments to track customers and target audiences and analyze relevant data to learn more about interactions, TA coverage, access feedback loops, and meet requests when planning future advertisement campaigns.
