Klara

Klara is a service for creating widgets out of video advertising content to display it on eCommerce websites.

CHALLENGES

Since nowadays visual formats are more approaching the public, videos might bring more sales and attract more customers with the customization. Klara service enables sharing video ads, adding them to any platforms or websites (mostly eCommerce) in a form of a widget, which collects analytical data on conversion rate.

SCOPE OF WORK

Our team was working on the Klara case from scratch. We were given prototypes, which we aimed to improve and bring to life the final product. This product consists of two interfaces (users and admin), the dashboard and the content management system.

Project Overview

Widget Configurations

There are two options on Klara for how the customer can create the video widget. One way to do that is to request a video ad from the Klara team and they will generate customized marketing materials in a form of a ready-to-use widget. The other way is to upload your own video on the platform and configure design specifications. Then the platform will create a widget automatically.

Analytics Overview

As the main part of posting marketing content is to monitor the outcome of the campaign, Klara enables the collection of such data, including impressions, number of plays, and average viewing time. Besides, the client can compare analytics from different devices, in order to modify future campaigns to gain better results.

Admin’s Dashboard

For the admins and creators of the project, we’ve also developed an admin panel. This dashboard let them track down the customers, their subscription plans, and all the data needed for a clear image of how the service is used by people. The admin’s dashboard is also used to receive requests from users and set up a feedback loop by answering that requests, and create ad campaigns.
