Project Goals
Our client required a full-fledged management system for their farming business to improve animal care, staff awareness of the current animal's physical state, treatment needs, etc.
Therefore, we created a healthcare management system from scratch to meet such specific needs and suggest options for future scaling on demand. Such animal health management systems might expand the possibilities of any farm by allowing them to access automated health record gathering and share these types of data with potential contracting entities.

Our team was engaged from the ideation phase, supporting the client and shaping the expected results of a software project.
As a result, the Incora team was responsible for full-cycle software development, covering all crucial phases and steps during the development, including the discovery phase, back- and front-end development, quality assurance, and DevOps services.

Dashboard with Full Overview
The platform's main panel displays essential metrics for animal species by their colonies. The user can track down animals’ capacity, clinical case overviews, and mortality percentage. Generally speaking, it’s everything the system does, but brought together in a graphical dashboard. Besides the basic division by sex, animals could also be monitored by their behavioral tendencies and treatment plans.
Medical Records
The system lets the farmer monitor each animal separately, showing which medications, in which doses, and how often the animal has received the treatment course. Moreover, medical records allow the farmer to note an animal's health during treatment.
Order Monitoring
Since our client’s farm grows animals for sale, the platform helps admins plan such things. Furthermore, they can generate reports about each farm member to present health reports to prospective customers.
