Project Goals
The Heal software solution has access to vulnerable and private patient information and plays a significant role in prioritizing hospital staff tasks. Thus, the core challenges were choosing the highest data protection protocols and ensuring correct data processing and display.
In addition to overcoming these challenges, our dedicated developers were responsible for designing and developing a desktop app and the web version of the software application. It also supports iOS and Android platforms, working as a cross-platform solution.
Scope of Work
We had to plan and design the cross-platform software application, choose the most suited tech stack and infrastructure, and maintain the core coding processes.
Apart from creating new software versions from scratch, we also took part in web app optimization, supporting the customer’s team in software updating and improvement. We recommended how to upscale functionality and enhance the system’s protection.

Patient’s Case
Patient profiling is the core feature of the whole system. Each individual patient has a unique account where all medical records are stored. This allows hospital workers to access a patient's medical history, oversee patients’ treatment, see previous notes from other doctors, etc. Generally speaking, a ‘patient’s case’ includes the whole range of information that can be required during recovery.
Offline Data Saving
Heal suggests offline data management to ensure seamless access to medical data regarding the conditions and circumstances. For instance, doctors can save patient cases to access them even without the Internet. Besides, new data updated without the connection will be automatically rewritten after reconnection to the network.
Editing History of Cases
All medical employees with credentials have access to the patient’s case and history. This allows them to monitor the case for a longer period of time, track status changes, or learn more about the treatment course, its efficiency, limitations, etc.
