Heal is a medical platform for doctors to manage electronic patient care records and oversee clinical data.

CHALLENGES

One of the reason why medical staff operations are so complex, is because of the numerous data on each patient’s workflow. And Heal facilitates access to critical information and tools. It provides management with a comprehensive picture of the whole paramedic service, including traumatic incidents, response times, and workload, allowing doctors to better assist.

SCOPE OF WORK

Our team developed Heal desktop application from scratch. This app is supported by iOS and Android, and will be available for doctors’ tablets. Besides, we were working on website minor improvements, like performance and overall updates.

Project Overview

Patient’s Case

On this panel the medical staff can create patient’s cases. It consists of the key blocks needed for further records monitoring, patient’s treatment overview, and notes from doctor’s appointments. Generally speaking, ‘patient’s case’ include the whole range of information that can be required during the recovery.

Offline Data Saving

Considering that doctor’s appointments might be as house calls and in other more inhibit conditions, the platform makes possible for medical staff to insert data along the visit even with low signals. Afterward, as soon as the Wi-Fi appears, the data that was input offline - will be transferred to the actual case.

Editing History of Cases

All the relevant staff members can have an access to the cases’ history. Since the medical treatment requres constant monitoring of the patient’s status, it is important to overseen by the management staff all the internal operations with customers. With the history page, it is easy to check on any activity concerning patients.
