Project Goals

Our client’s main requirement was to create restaurant management software that could improve and simplify its work by covering multiple administrative tasks and operations.

During the negotiations, we defined the core functionality to develop, including reservation process management tools, configured booking algorithms, calendar synchronization, and ensuring a user-friendly design.

Scope of Work

Our team covered the whole software development project from scratch. As a result, we were responsible for choosing development technologies, planning and designing software architecture and infrastructure, and third-party integrations.

Easy Reservation

The administrator can access various dashboards with detailed guest information and transparent step-by-step booking services. To avoid confusion, a staff member fills in all the requested fields in a specific order. The administrator has all the information about staff members, roles, and shifts. This permits not only viewing but also editing dashboards, bookings, and guest information. Besides, the admin can disable some actions for a specific team member.

One of the main benefits of the FCC-admin system is its dynamic, user-friendly interface. A customized calendar helps the admin to check availability for specific dates and select a table. You can choose the number of visitors and see how many tables are available for particular hours. The FCC-admin system is very interactive. Users can select a specific reservation and move it on the timeline.

Helpful Booking Rules

The administrator can set different rules for a specific date or hour. For example, it is possible to block bookings on selected days or limit the duration of a customer’s visit. If you apply a rule, it is automatically synchronized with the calendar. Also, it is possible to set restrictions for the number of guests, the size of a table, and the indication of open hours.
