This online management platform aims to create convenient communication and provide each party with management options for planning their studying process, optimizing in-class time, and increasing the flexibility and adaptability of the learning curve.
Our software experts joined the project after the core development stage was over. Their main goals and responsibilities were testing existing solutions and finding issues and options for updates or improvements.
Scope of Work
When we got involved, the core functionality was already developed. So, instead of choosing a tech stack and coding, our developers helped test an app's performance and find ways to improve it. We also helped modify existing features based on React.
Apart from creating new software versions from scratch, we also took part in web app optimization, supporting the customer’s team in software updating and improvement. We recommended how to upscale functionality and enhance the system’s protection.

Enhanced Booking Management
The platform's core feature is a calendar, which displays and books the available learning hours. Students' and teachers' functional options differ: Students can pick the lesson date and time and choose their preferred instructors. Conversely, teachers can define the available hours, check the student’s data, track vehicle maintenance status, etc.
Appointment Preferences
The Settings block enables platform users to manage finances by establishing session fees. They can also manage work-time preferences by determining vacations, office hours, or lesson configurations. We built modules for scheduling day-offs and breaks. Besides, the section with fundamental settings displays a detailed division to let the school set up working hours, breaks between classes, the number of students attending lessons, and so on.
Payment Estimate
Fahrstundenplanner has an integrated billing system, which allows a school to calculate the number of courses each student attends and issue invoices. All bills are automatically generated as PDF files, with the described services demanding payment.
