Burgerizzr has grown from one restaurant to a complete restaurant chain with its own delivery services. They are taking 1st place in the delivery services market in Saudi Arabia.
The Burgerizzr platform was developed to simplify food ordering, offering several options for customers. First of all, making orders doesn’t require calling operators. Clients can pick up their order themselves or request delivery, which can be tracked in the app. Besides, app owners decided to scale by offering external APIs to other businesses, so users can choose delivery from different locations.
The client provided us with detailed requirements and a desired design. Still, our team managed to impact some final decisions by suggesting more suitable tech solutions.

There are four user types on this platform: admins, supervisors, customers, and guests. Admin can manage all data on food available for delivery (visible to customers), block customers, assign discount coupons, grant supervisors rights, manage the time to cancel orders, and minimize delivery time. Supervisors have access to the same functionality as admins, but with limited rights that admins set. Customers can place an order for delivery, pick it up later, schedule a time for processing, and view food from all the restaurants available in the app. Guests can register and view food data.
One of the main benefits of the platform is an easy-to-use interface. Burgerizzr was created to simplify food ordering. The admin dashboard includes only the most critical sections, making it easy to find all the necessary info about categories, products, and modifiers. Also, the system simplifies the payment process by using the convenient Payfort API. It is connected to your credit card, so you don’t need to leave the website to pay for the service.
You can quickly check the status of each order and track payment history. The platform gives you a clear picture of how many orders are completed, cancelled, or in progress. Also, you can see the number of products per order. Google Analytics was implemented to track the customers' activities for admin users. The activities are: the number of sessions and the number of customers from a specific area.
