Arizto is an online dashboard for real-time monitoring of properties sales, displaying the transparent real estate relationship between sellers and buyers.

CHALLENGES

This smart and user-friendly platform was created for realtors and people, who want to find or sell their homes. It enables the transparent process of selling and buying in the world of real estate. The Arizto dashboard makes it possible to find a personal licensed agent that will help to open a contract with no fixed term agreements. Also, the agent will provide indoor and outdoor photography and will be assigned to the property until it’s sold.

SCOPE OF WORK

The major part of the platform was already developed, so our team members were included in order to fulfill several particular features, as well as fix existing problems with performance and functionality.

Project Overview

Full Service of Property Sales

The platform covers the full cycle of processes regarding the purchase and sale of homes: from the search to the agreements. It offers legal documents signing for both sides of negotiation within the platform. This way the platform stands as a mediator between a seller and buyer. Besides, there are other features like the possibility to conduct reports on particular objects, and a chat option for clarifying the details about the viewings.

Real-time Offers’ Tracking

The main feature our team was working on is the ‘Lead Tracker’, which is used mainly to track online the upcoming offers on the map. The user can point out the most preferable areas on the scheme, so it will be easier and faster to monitor offers there daily. Otherwise, the user can search for properties by setting up filters or turning on the geolocation to see the houses nearby.

Mobile Version

The same dashboard and functionality are reflected in the mobile app Arizto. Dots on the map display possible properties and the users can arrange a viewing with each of them. After that, the buyer can fill in all the needed details in the format of notes. It may help in the future make a choice between several options.
