Arizto is an online real-time property sales monitoring dashboard that displays the transparent real estate relationship between sellers and buyers.
Arizto was designed as a platform for realtors and people wanting to find or sell their homes. It also ensures the transparency of the real estate selling and buying process.
The core feature of the Arizto platform is to suggest to customers the most suitable and reliable real estate agents in their area to open a contract with no fixed terms. Agents will also provide indoor and outdoor photography and be assigned to the property until it is sold.
Due to the limited number of tasks, we decided that team extension services are the most efficient approach instead of a full-fledged team engagement.

The platform covers all purchase and sale processes, from search to agreement. It offers legal document signing for both parties involved in the negotiation within the platform. This way, the platform acts as a mediator between a seller and a buyer. Besides, features like the ability to conduct reports on specific objects and a chat option to clarify viewing details.
The main feature our team was working on is the ‘Lead Tracker’, which is used mainly to track upcoming offers on an online map. The user can point out the most preferable areas on the scheme, so it will be easier and faster to monitor offers there daily. Otherwise, the user can search for properties by setting up filters or enabling geolocation to view nearby houses.
The same dashboard and functionality are reflected in the Arizto mobile app. Dots on the map indicate possible properties, and users can schedule a viewing with each one. After that, the buyer can fill in all the needed details in the form of notes. This may help in the future when choosing between several options.
