One of the most frustrating tasks for our clients was tracking all the processes related to marketing and customer management. Before our cooperation, they were primarily relying on outdated and highly manual management and tracking, slightly enhanced by third-party software solutions.
After defining the core features and services to include, we decided to create a custom CRM with various business-oriented features that serve core needs. The result of our cooperation is a comprehensive and semi-autonomous marketing software, capable of tracking individual properties, analyzing marketing/sales sources, and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
To enable all desired functionality, we chose software development from scratch. In addition to integrating popular solutions such as LemList, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads, we also implemented a real-time lead mapping system. In brief, it enables agents to track activity by location, assess the popularity of specific real estate assets, and view comprehensive data compilations that may be useful for future marketing campaigns.
